• A 6-month battery warranty applies to the battery(ies) that were included with the Power Wheels by Fisher-Price vehicle when originally purchased.
• This limited warranty covers the Power Wheels ride-on vehicle and the battery(ies), purchased by the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship.
• This warranty covers normal use and does not cover the Power Wheels vehicle or battery if it has been damaged by unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover, and is intended to exclude, any liability damages for breach of warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation so this limitation may not apply to you.
